Job Description – Accounts Executive

Location Kandivali East, Maharashtra

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance support, and financial documentation. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and ERP/accounting software.

Working Knowledge of ZOHO is a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and accounting records accurately.
• Handle purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements and ledger scrutiny.
• Process vendor payments and customer receipts.
• Assist in preparation of GST returns, TDS workings, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks whenever required.
• Prepare invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Assist in monthly and yearly closing activities.
• Support preparation of MIS reports and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

This would be 5 days a week.
