Job Description
Role Summary:
We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented personnel to manage our procurement and related MIS. Manage the inventory & oversee activities related to the same. The role requires strong stakeholder coordination, process adherence, eye for details in reporting & MIS.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Responsible for managing & updating the inventory
Ø Reporting & analysis of stock in MIS
Ø Working knowledge in Navision or related software
Ø Knowledge of hardware (laptop/desktop)
Core Competencies:
Ø Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data reporting
Ø Strong organizational and coordination skills
Ø Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ø High attention to detail with a process-driven mindset
Ø Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ø Strong business acumen
Qualifications & Experience:
Ø Any Graduate / MBA / PGDM or related discipline
Ø 5-9 years of relevant experience in MIS & Procurement
