CRM Executive

About the Role:

We are a digital marketing agency looking for a dedicated GoHighLevel specialist to own and manage our GoHighLevel CRM end-to-end. You will be the go-to person for everything inside the platform setting up client accounts, building automations, managing pipelines, and making sure every task assigned within GoHighLevel is executed accurately and on time. • Key ResponsibilitiesManage the GoHighLevel platform day-to-day, including all sub-accounts, settings, and user permissions.
• Set up and configure new client sub-accounts, snapshots, and white-label settings.
• Build and maintain sales pipelines, opportunities, and CRM workflows.
• Create and manage automation workflows (triggers, campaigns, follow-up sequences) across email, SMS, and other channels.
• Build landing pages, funnels, forms, surveys, and websites within GHL.
• Set up and manage calendars, booking/appointment systems, and reminders.
• Configure email and SMS marketing campaigns, including A2P 10DLC registration and deliverability setup.
• Manage integrations and connections (Zapier, webhooks, payment gateways, third-party tools).
• Handle reputation management, review requests, and messaging features.
• Set up reporting dashboards and track campaign and pipeline performance.
• Connect and configure domains, subdomains, and DNS records as needed.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and act as the internal expert for all GHL-related queries.
• Complete and track all tasks assigned within GoHighLevel accurately and on schedule.
• Onboard new clients onto the platform and document standard processes.
• Required Skills & Qualifications Hands-on experience with Go High Level (High Level) building funnels, workflows, and automations.
• Solid understanding of CRM concepts, sales pipelines, and lead management.
• Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, and SMS campaigns.
• Comfort with basic technical tasks: domain/DNS setup, integrations, and webhooks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks.
• Good written and spoken English for client communication.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
• Nice to HaveExperience working in a marketing or web development agency.
• Familiarity with Zapier, Make.com, or other no-code automation tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, paid ads, or web development.
• Experience creating GHL snapshots and managing white-label client setups.
