Debt Recovery Agent

FrenzoFinserv seeks a self motivated Executive – Tele caller to handle outbound collection calls and drive repayment from assigned customer portfolios.

The role involves outbound calling (through diallers) for :

• Collecting overdue payments of loans to meet the monthly targets assigned
• Adherence to RBI/Compliance requirements
• Explaining overdue amounts
• Negotiating and structuring payments solutions for clients
• Rigorous follow-up and closure of cases allocated
• Updating all call outcomes accurately in the CRM.

The executive will coordinate with Team Leaders for:

• Payment restructuring
• Dispute cases
• Escalations
• Follow-ups wherever applicable.

Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Target-Oriented Skills are essential. Ensuring call quality, customer respect, and adherence to RBI/Company compliance is mandatory.

Candidates should be 10+2/Graduate with 1–2 years of tele calling in collections experience and fluency in Hindi/English or regional languages (Preferably Telegu, Marathi, etc. will be an added advantage).
