About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive Dispatch & Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end dispatch operations across multiple sales channels and logistics platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure timely order processing, coordinate with customers, courier partners, and internal teams, and maintain a seamless dispatch experience.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDispatch ManagementProcess and manage dispatches received from multiple portals, marketplaces, and direct orders.
  • Coordinate with warehouse/store personnel to ensure accurate packing and dispatch of orders.
  • Generate shipping labels, invoices, E-way bills, and other required dispatch documents.
  • Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Coordination & CommunicationAct as a liaison between customers, courier partners, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve delivery delays, lost shipments, and dispatch-related issues.
  • Ensure smooth communication between sales, accounts, warehouse, and customers for order fulfillment.
  • Customer Follow-Up & FeedbackContact customers post-dispatch to confirm receipt of products.
  • Collect customer feedback regarding delivery experience and product receipt.
  • Resolve dispatch-related customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Shopify & Online Order ManagementManage and process orders received through Shopify and other online platforms.
  • Update order status, tracking details, and customer communication on Shopify.
  • Coordinate inventory updates with the relevant team.
  • Monitor pending, fulfilled, and returned orders.
  • Tracking & ReportingMaintain dispatch records and shipment tracking reports.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports.
  • Monitor courier performance and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure all dispatch data is accurately updated in ERP/CRM systems.
  • Returns & Replacement ManagementHandle return requests, replacement shipments, and reverse logistics.
  • Coordinate with customers and courier partners for smooth return processing.
  • Maintain records of returns and dispatch discrepancies.
  • Required SkillsStrong communication and coordination skills.
  • Excellent follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of Shopify order management.
  • Experience with courier portals and logistics platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Preferred QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, operations, or e-commerce order management.
  • Experience handling Shopify, courier aggregators, and marketplace dispatches.
  • Familiarity with inventory and order management systems.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Dispatch accuracy rate.
  • On-time dispatch percentage.
  • Customer feedback score.
  • Order fulfillment turnaround time.
  • Return and replacement resolution time.
  • Shipment tracking and closure efficiency.

Ideal CandidateA detail-oriented professional who can independently manage dispatch operations, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, ensure smooth order fulfillment, and provide an excellent customer experience from order placement to delivery.
