Dispatch Manager

We are a fast-growing food and cloud kitchen company specializing in healthy meals, salads, wraps, sandwiches, bowls, and guilt-free desserts with centralized production and multiple delivery outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily dispatch operations for all kitchen outlets and delivery channels.

Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders to delivery partners and outlets.

Coordinate with production, packing, and operations teams for smooth order flow.

Monitor order timelines, rider coordination, and delivery efficiency.

Maintain dispatch records, stock movement, and daily reports.

Handle issues related to delayed, missing, or incorrect orders.

Ensure proper packaging standards and quality checks before dispatch.

Supervise dispatch staff and allocate shifts/responsibilities.

Coordinate with platforms like Swiggy, Zomato, and in-house delivery systems.

Track dispatch KPIs such as order accuracy, dispatch timing, and rider turnaround time.

Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational discipline in the dispatch area.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate preferred.

Strong coordination and team management skills.

Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and dispatch/order management systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced food operations environment.

Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Knowledge of logistics and delivery operations preferred.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or food delivery operations.

Experience in cloud kitchen/QSR industry preferred.
