VTA Engineering is hiring freshers who have completed:
3-year Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
OR 3-year ITI (Mechanical / Civil)
OR CAD Draftsman Certification
We are looking for smart, committed candidates who live near CBD Belapur / Navi Mumbai and want to build a long-term career in engineering drafting.
Eligibility
Freshers are welcome
1–2 backlogs/pending papers are allowed
You can work while preparing for exams
Leave will be provided for higher education
Job Details
Starting Salary: ₹15,000/month (first 4 months of training)
After training: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 based on performance
Probation: 6 months
Holidays: Only public holidays permitted during probation
Location: CBD Belapur (only nearby candidates preferred)
Training & Growth
Basic hands-on training in engineering drafting & fabrication
6 assessments to monitor learning and skill development
Salary revisions based on test scores and learning speed
