Job Description
Front Office Manager — KKALA, Mumbai
KKALA is a performing arts academy in Mumbai. We're looking for someone who can keep the place running smoothly — the person everyone turns to when something needs to get done.
What you'll own
You'll be the operational centre of the academy. On any given day, that means:
- Being the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors — in person, on the phone, and on WhatsApp
- Managing student records, enrolment, attendance, and class schedules end to end
- Keeping the CRM updated and making sure every enquiry reaches the right person quickly
- Coordinating between faculty, sales, and management so nothing slips through the cracks
- Handling daily invoicing, petty cash, and basic accounts coordination
- Supporting HR admin — attendance records, documentation, onboarding logistics
- Keeping the office and facilities running — supplies, housekeeping, vendor coordination
What we're looking for
Someone highly organised, calm under pressure, and genuinely good with people. You should be comfortable owning your work without being told what to do every step of the way. Prior experience in an administrative or front-office role is preferred.
