Full-stack Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer who can take complete technical ownership of our marketing ecosystem across multiple lending brands. This role involves managing front-end and back-end systems, building new integrations, optimizing website performance, and implementing advanced Marketing Tech and analytics stacks.

You’ll work closely with marketing, data, and growth teams to ensure seamless data flow, reliable event tracking, and performance-ready web infrastructure across 15+ brand websites.

Key Responsibilities

1. Web Development & Infrastructure

• Manage and enhance multi-brand web infrastructure (frontend + backend).
• Develop, deploy, and maintain landing pages and microservices for campaigns using React / Next.js / Node.js / PHP / Laravel.
• Identify and resolve production-level bugs that affect ad tracking, conversion forms, or user experience.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for faster deployments across brands.
• Ensure strong core web vitals and responsive design performance across devices.

2. Tracking, Analytics & Attribution Systems

• Implement Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and custom event schemas for advanced data tracking.
• Integrate Facebook Pixel, Google Ads Conversion API, and other ad platform APIs for server-side event tracking.
• Build and maintain data layers across websites for consistent event data flow.
• Develop server-side tagging solutions (via Node.js, GCP, or AWS Lambda) to ensure data reliability and privacy compliance.
• Build APIs or middleware services to sync lead and conversion data between websites, CRM, and ad platforms.

3. MarTech Integrations & Automation

• Integrate tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, or similar for real-time user engagement.
• Create and maintain custom API connectors for data ingestion and event mapping across systems.
• Implement and manage trigger-based automation (email, WhatsApp, in-app) through API calls or webhook frameworks.

4. CRM & Data Pipeline Development

• Build APIs for real-time lead flow from websites to CRM and affiliate systems.
• Design ETL pipelines for campaign data unification and reporting.
• Support dashboarding teams by building clean, standardized data structures.
• Ensure data integrity, de-duplication, and validation across systems.

5. Performance, SEO & Experimentation

• Optimize page load times, reduce render-blocking resources, and manage lazy loading.
• Implement technical SEO (schema, meta, sitemap, canonical, structured data).
• Set up and manage A/B testing frameworks (VWO, Google Optimize, or in-house solutions).
• Deploy Hotjar/Clarity for behavioral insights and integrate feedback loops into dev workflow.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in JavaScript, React/Next.js, Node.js, PHP (Laravel preferred).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and asynchronous data flow.
• Proficiency with GTM, GA4, and ad platform tracking
• Strong understanding of server-side tracking and conversion attribution systems.
• Experience integrating CRM and MarTech APIs (CleverTap, MoEngage, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Understanding of AWS / GCP / Firebase for hosting, tagging, and analytics services.
• Familiarity with SQL / NoSQL databases and performance optimization techniques.
• Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
• Version control experience (Git, GitHub, GitLab) and CI/CD familiarity.
