📞 Role Description – Sales Agent (Cold Calling – Carrier Onboarding)

Remote | Night Shift | Paid Training | Freshers Welcome

Do you speak English clearly? Are you confident, energetic, and good at starting conversations?

We’re hiring Sales Agents who will cold call U.S.-based trucking companies (carriers) and introduce them to our dispatching services. This role is ideal for freshers who have good English and want to start a career in international sales.

You will learn the U.S. trucking market, build rapport with carriers, and help bring them on board. Every carrier you onboard becomes a long-term partnership, not a one-time sale.

• Freshers welcome with good spoken English

• Strong communication and confidence on calls

• Ability to work night shift comfortably

• Must have a laptop/desktop + stable internet

• Call center/BPO/telemarketing exposure is a plus (not required)

• Willingness to learn about the U.S. trucking and logistics industry
