Sales Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead and drive our Personal Loan business.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business strategies, achieving sales targets, managing a high-performing sales team, and expanding the company’s reach through strong distribution networks and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business plans and sales strategies to achieve disbursement and revenue targets for the Personal Loan vertical.
• Build, manage, and mentor a sales team across regions, ensuring productivity and adherence to company goals.
• Collaborate with credit, operations, and risk teams to ensure smooth loan processing and TAT compliance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to enhance product competitiveness.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
• Drive customer-centric initiatives to improve conversion rates and retention.
• Prepare regular performance reports, MIS, and forecasts for management review.

• Strong understanding of Personal Loan products, underwriting, and disbursement process.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in NBFC/BFSI domain.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
