Job Description

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and footfall.
Align campaigns with salon promotions, seasonal offers, festivals, and service launches.
Content Creation & Management:

Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
Develop engaging posts, stories, reels, and before-after videos featuring salon services and client transformations.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and stylists for content generation.
Campaigns & Promotions:

Run targeted ad campaigns to generate bookings and leads for services like haircuts, facials, bridal makeup, etc.
Collaborate with influencers and local micro-creators for brand promotions and product tie-ups.
Engagement & Community Building:

Respond to DMs, comments, and client queries promptly.
Build online communities and encourage user-generated content and client testimonials.
Analytics & Reporting:

Maintain consistency in brand voice, aesthetics, and communication across all digital platforms.
Promote the salon’s hygiene standards, certifications, and expert staff credentials through social proof.
Requirements:2+ years of social media marketing experience, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or wellness industry.
Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, and Meta Ads.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for beauty and grooming.
Ability to shoot/edit basic videos and create visual content using tools like Canva, CapCut, or InShot.
Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and Google Business Profile is a plus.
