- Kitchen Management: Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and organizing workstations (HACCP standards).
- Team Leadership: Training and mentoring junior chefs or commis.

Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience (often 1–15+ years) in a professional South Indian kitchen.
