Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales to join our dynamic team. The role requires empathy, strong communication skills, and a professional approach to client care.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, follow-up calls, and networking.
2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including SOC, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing to provide informed recommendations to clients.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
4. Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations over the phone, highlighting the unique features and values of our cybersecurity solutions.
5. Follow-Up: Track leads and follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close sales.
6. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forcasts using CRM software.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the cybersecurity development, marketing and operation teams to ensure alignment on course content, delivery methods and promotional strategies.

Working Days: Wednesday to Monday

Fixed Week Off: Tuesday
