Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and trustworthy Three-Wheeler Tempo Driver to join network on the Porter app, Uncle delivery, Borzo app. As a driver you will play a vital role in facilitating the movement of goods across the city. Your primary responsibility will be to transport and deliver goods to various locations, ensuring that customers experience seamless and timely service. This role requires a combination of excellent driving skills, customer service, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving and Transportation:
• Operate a three-wheeler tempo to transport goods or passengers to designated locations.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
• Portal Management:
• Utilize online portals to accept job requests, track deliveries, and manage schedules.
• Update job status and provide real-time information on deliveries through the portal.
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers via the portal as needed.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately.
• Customer Service:
• Interact with customers in a polite and professional manner.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods as necessary.
• Address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate records of trips, deliveries, and any incidents in the portal.
• Ensure all necessary documentation (e.g., delivery notes, invoices) is completed.
• Vehicle Maintenance:
• Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as checking oil, brakes, and tire pressure.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license appropriate for three-wheeler vehicles.
• Proven experience as a driver, preferably with a three-wheeler tempo.
• Knowledge of local roads and routes.
• Proficiency in using mobile apps and online portals.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
