Job Location: Sector 15, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. Duties of Sr. 3D Visualizer: 1. Use your complete expertise in 3D architectural projects with a core expertise in 3D Rendering, 3D Walkthrough using 3D Max and Lumion. SketchUp will be a value addition. 2. Able to understand clients brief and transform into 3D layout. 3. Make proper use of Modeling, Lighting, Texturing, Rigging & 3D animation. This includes both excellent drawing skills and a thorough understanding of composition. 4. Would be responsible for designing as per clients and/or company requirements like 3D images/renders of any architectural projects along with 3D modeling, texturing, lighting and addition to it design 3D architectural video walk-through also with a complete finishing touch and ready to advertise within given deadlines of company / clients. 5. Deliver finished projects within given dead-lines by company or client. 6. For project understanding & delivery of project under given deadlines by client or company, you will be responsible for end to end coordination including every communication done through email, WhatsApp, calls, SMS or any mode of communication, making sure that there is no gaps left out between committed project deliverable & delivered project.
