ERP 9 · Entering Purchases after Verifying purchases/work order and taking approvals, making vendor payments. · Booking invoices of Contractor/transportation/Services Provider after checking verifying the logsheet/L.R and Misc supporting document. · Making Debit Note to Vendor. · Vendor Invoice collection and Debtors & Creditors Reconciliation. · Knowledge of Finalization of Accounts. · Preparing Balance sheet and P&L Account. · Knowledge of Accounting principal And Purchase to Pay Process · Preparing Audit File and Internal Audit of Invoices, · Making monthly report for MIS purpose. · Supporting executives with Sister Companies. · Reverse and Rectification of Errors Find in GRN and Purchase/Work Order · Co-ordinate with various department(store, purchase, Operation, Logistic) for ensuring compliance with Company’s controls for Vendor payment payables: - · Maintaining all book of accounts such as purchase Register, Sales Register, Bank Book, Cash Book, Journal Register, Debit Note Register and Credit Note Register. · Monitoring of TDS processing of Vendor & Employee Liabilities and the subsequent payment of the monthly tax liability. · Verification of monthly working related to TDS & Consult with various issues. · Preparing TDS Return on Quarterly. · Knowledge of GST Tax · Preparation of Compliance Report on monthly basis (TDS, GST,Vendor payments) · Preparation in monthly GST working and subsequent payment of the monthly liability. · Verify the Goods and service tax input credit available as per invoice with system & pass the correction entry on monthly basis. · Preparation and E-filing of Goods and service tax returns FORM GST-1, FORM GST-2 and FORM GST-3 and computation of Goods and service tax liabilities.
