Candidates should have knowledge of accounting software, Responsibilities of candidates include: • Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities with coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary. • Finalization of Accounts, Statement of Accounts, Debtors Controls Accounts, Buffer Accounts, Balance sheet Statement. • Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments, Bank Reconciliation, Monthly GST Working, Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditor, Handling petty Cash Records • Maintain Sales Purchase Registers & Keep in Software properly • Banking works like a Cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit, NEFT, and RTGS • Analyse and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation and analysis • Prepare and file taxes for companies and individuals by analysing all company assets, income, anticipated expenses, and liabilities to reach a total tax obligation for the year. After the analysis is complete, suggest recommendations on how to reduce total tax liabilities in the future • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
