Accountant Manager should be an expert in all accounting principals, Responsibilities of candidates include: 1) creating balance sheets, 2) taxation (GST plus TDS) 3) all annual/monthly/quarterly filings 4) Should be able to maintain bank statements 5) SAP Accounting Administration for correctness of Vendor/Customer/Tax/Item/GL/ Other Master Creation 6) Checking of the SAP documents on line basis so that correct accounting for Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable/Banking/Taxation/Other related jobs are ensured by all staff. 7) Review of the operating/administration expenditures of all offices so as to ensure that they are booked to Job Order and billed to Clients wherever applicable. 8) Verification of Petty Cash on surprise basis once a week. 9) Indirect taxation i.e. GST, (within SEZ transactions and DTA transactions); ITC credit availment, utilization and monthly return; 10) Monitoring of Various reconciliations return vs. Books, coordination with Team & vendor for non-reflection in GSTR-2A/2B. 11) Review of GST Tax Workings, Payments, Return Submission, Input Tax Credit. 12) Preparing of Monthly Financials & Sharing of Monthly Profit & loss account along with financials. Including Location-wise & Category-wise P&L. 13) Preparing & submission of Income Tax notices reply to Tax Consultant for further submission. 14) Preparing & submission of GST/TDS notices reply to the concerned department 15) Finalization of books of accounts in SAP. This will include downloading of trial balance and compilation of Balance Sheet; Profit & Loss Accounts along with Schedules in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 i.e. Schedules II and Schedule III compliance; Corporate Tax provision and deferred tax loss/gain as the case may be. 16) Ensuring Quarterly Advance tax payments and Annual Income Tax Returns / Tax Audit in coordination with Consultants. 17) Interaction with Statutory Auditors/Internal Auditors including discussion/finalization of audits. 18) Institution of internal control mechanism and compliance thereof. 19) Vendor Management including reconciliation thereof at Supervisory level. 20) Other employee related statutory compliances, which include deductions from salary; payments to appropriate authorities and submission of return. 21) Interaction with Tax Authorities and/or other outside stakeholders of the business. 22) Guidance/training of the staff reporting to you on regular basis and other staff as and when you are approached. 23) Any other jobs as and when assigned by CFO and Directors.
