Executive Assistant Job Description We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers. Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members. Responsibilities:- • Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners • Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner • Managing executives calendars and set up meetings • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner • Manage executives calendars and set up meetings • Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executives travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination • Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contact database • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports • Take minutes during meetings • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence • Organize and maintain the office filing system • Travel according to work requirement • Handle some roles of HR related to attendance and team management • Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contact database • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business • Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite Requirement:- • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role • Male candidate required & the person must be staying near Malad. Preference will be given to Married Male Candidate. • Excellent MS Office knowledge • Outstanding organizational and time management skills • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines) • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Discretion and confidentiality • High School degree • Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge • Ability to keep company confidences • Immediate joining preffered • PA diploma or certification is a plus Salary Range:- • 30K-35K per month Age:- • 25Years-35years
