Duties & Responsibilities : · Handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all the tasks between the organisation and others are positive and productive. · Master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills. · Routine internal functions of the establishment: a. Backoffice Management b. Co-ordination of operational, financial, legal and admin work. c. Act as the point of contact of the immediate superior and the third parties (like vendors, clients, brokers, bankers) d.
