Responsibilities of candidate include: Presentation skills Rendering- Basic modeling Municipal knowledge Planning and drawing Site coordination Design skills 1. Create designs for new construction projects, alterations and redevelopments. 2. Coordination with Liaisoning Architects for putting up drawing for amending of projects. 3. Should have specialist construction knowledge and high-level drawing skills to design buildings that are functional, safe, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing. 4. Preparation of working drawing, GFC drawing. 5. Making elevation drawing and preparation of 3d views, isometric plan for residential or commercial projects. 6. Coordination with contractors for execution of projects. 7. Coordination with different commercials like MEP, Architect. 8. Coordination with 3d visualize for preparing 3d views, interior design, walk through elevation. 9. Preparation of working drawings of projects. 10. Preparation of elevation design, floor plan. 11. Making area statement like built up area, construction area of the project. 12. Have handled BMC laws and Execution. Work Exp- Total 4-5 years (2 years in real estate)
