Responsibilities of candidates include: • Reports to Department Head on day-to-day operations and tasks • Develop contacts and work on new leads • Manage and coordinate sales functions to achieve required sales targets • Assist to implement processes, procedures and tools to maximize the productivity and performance of the Sales functions and to facilitate integration with other departments • Discuss, Plan, develop and execute sales strategies • Develop and coordinate sales optimizing product take-up rates and pricing, based on team requirements • Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials • Work closely with Team to blend the direct sales with broader strategy and creation of courses required • Manage sales and operation team at different branch • Connect and engage with pre generated leads via voice call • Reach out to new leads and explain to them about the courses we provide • Develop in-depth knowledge of courses to make suitable recommendations based on students / parents needs • Achieve sales targets by new students’ enrolment and ensure growth • Ensuring students / parents satisfaction • Check for referrals for business enhancement • Maintaining MIS for daily call and their feedback • Any other role that may be allotted from time to time Roles and Responsibilities
