 – Regional Admin ( Zonal )

Branch facility support

Provide Admin & facility support to branches for various services such as Housekeeping / Security / Repairs & maintenance / Telephones / Printing & Staionery /branch petty cash / copiers.

Keep data of all AMC’s and ensure timely renewal of AMC’s thru procurement.

Payment of utility bills in time such as Power bills/ Telephone bills.

Health & Safety

Vendor Mangement

Selecting and carrying out required services through the designated vendor.

Act as a liason between the company and the vendor / service provider.

Services to be acquired at the best possible rates.

Ensure receipt and payment of vendor bills in time so that service are not affected.

 co-ordination with CPPU for receipt of payment.

Provisioning

 Submitting monthly provisioning to HO and maintain necessary records.Necessary

MIS and reporting

Preparing MIS reports and statutory reports.

Compliances

Complete legatrix online compliance module in time with100% completion target.

Resolve all IAD OFI’s as per set deadlines.

Ensure necessary compliances by service providers.

Undertake service reviews with all vendors.

Asset coding and verification for all branches .
