ROLE- To work as Back Office Assistant in Sales Department to conduct all Computer & Data Entry related work. • Back-end Communications- Responsible for all Back-end Sales related communication with Customers through Whatsapp & email. • Rate Quotations– Creating Rate Quotations & sharing it with Customers. • Data Entry- Entering customer and vendor data from various source email/mobile) • MIS & Reports- Generating all kind of Reports & MIS in Excel & Online. • Sales Reporting- Generating DSRs of all Sales members. WORK EXPERIENCE • Candidates with Work Experience of 1-5 yrs. in Data Entry / Computers / Back office. REQUIRED SKILLS • Good command over ENGLISH Speaking & Writing. • Exemplary Customer-oriented approach • Working knowledge of Computers, Internet, email, Excel & Excellent Typing speed.
