Summary:
As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding implementation efforts.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Provide Solutions to Clients on Various Testing tools/Strategies/automation
- Work on Developing SAP Testing assets
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in business architecture.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Hands on Experience on TOSCA
- Managed end to end testing cycles on Test Management tools like HP ALM, SAP CALM, OpenText, JIRA etc,
- Defined Test Strategy/Test Plan for SAP Testing Cycles
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in developing business cases and project proposals.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and frameworks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 10-12 years of experience in Test Management tools
- This position is based at ourMumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
