The Sponsorship Manager is responsible for identifying and New Sponsorship opportunities for all UBS Forums events. He / She must be able to get on-board new corporations, foundations, brands, and companies. At the same time, must also work towards making regular contact with current clients to ensure the development of a strong relationship by delivering excellent customer service. Job Responsibility:  Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets across all events and properties  Developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our partner/ sponsor & client base  Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships  Partnering with clients & partners to understand their business needs and objectives  Effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations  Understanding category-specific landscapes and trends  Managing the P&L for events from sponsor perspective  Ownership of New & Existing Product Planning and Sales  Ownership of Vendor management  Ownership of Creating and execution of Partnership proposals, contracts and related documentation  Finding and Addressing Market Gaps for revenue growth and margin optimization  Ownership of Client relations including customization of products to meet client needs  Owner of Negotiating and finalizing sponsorship agreements, ensuring the exchange of approved and signed contracts  Owner of files and records of all sponsor/partner contracts and negotiations
