Job Description

Role for Calling Executive - Customer Retention What we require: Many of our existing high value donors on our platform abandon their donation midway or donation gets failed due to technical errors. You, as a calling representative will strive to retain these customers. -The candidate would be required to call up those customers whenever they drop off from the donation funnel (at any step). -These are pre-existing donors of Ketto who have previously donated to us & would have shown interest in donating to any fundraiser on Ketto recently, thus the candidate is expected to get all the information about this donor in our panel. -The call will have 4 major objectives:- a) To show gratitude towards donors, keeping in mind the tone of voice by thanking them for the work they have done to save many lives. b) Get an idea as to why they dropped off from donating to a fundraiser and make note of their feedback. It could be a technical error or their personal choice, but gathering this information is crucial. c) Sales - This is where the candidate will request the donor to donate on that particular fundraiser itself by persuading them. d) If the opportunity presents itself, the candidate would be expected to upsell the amount. (For example: Let’s assume INR 1000 was amount they were intending to donate, the candidate would try & upsell 25% more). Qualifications: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment. Holding a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent diploma. Strong communication skills - verbal and written. Knowing at least one language apart from English and Hindi is a strong plus. Multi-tasking ability - You can efficiently prioritise and quickly resolve multiple queries. Empathy - Ketto works with patients and their caregivers. Empathy is an essential trait. Desire to learn - You're a highly motivated self-starter, with an eagerness to learn and grow. Open to handling queries during off-work hours, on occasion.
