Reporting to Director Responsibilities: • Candidate should be from building construction material industry. • Should have good contact with the Builders, Purchase Head & Architects. • Need to have strong data base of builders where we can introduce our product. • Candidate should have strong history in sales, Superior analytical skills, Understanding of customer needs, excellent communication skills. • Should have a consultative sales approach, Good presentation skills. • New leads should be generated through canvassing, cold calling, partner relationships, and customer referrals. • Meet sales revenue targets. Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans. • Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close.
