Job Description
Job brief We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Business Development Executive to help us build up our business activities. Business Development Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, Mailing, networking, and social media • Set up meetings with potential clients virtually or during sales visits & listen to their wishes and concerns • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services • maintaining accurate records • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams • Working towards monthly or annual targets. Requirements • Candidates must have at least 1-2 years of Proven experience in IT Sales • Excellent knowledge of MS Office • Should have sound knowledge in IT Products, Services & Solutions • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach • MBA/ PGDM Candidates preferred • Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written • Should have local area knowledge (Mumbai Candidates Preferred) • Candidate should be willing to travel
