Complete understanding of quality monitoring process and capability to design the quality monitoring parameters as per the process requirement. - Ability to analyze different stages of a call, Understanding of Fatal and Non fatal errors, calibration process - Ability to communicate feedback effectively, - Analyse the TM data and identify training needs and process gaps - Ability to understand the AOI - both agents and process and able to give suggestions to improve productivity and quality by suggesting scripts, pitch, agent training needs, etc - Ability to multitask and monitor fcalls and give feedback for multiple projects
