Job Description
Client Servicing Executive The Client Servicing Executive is responsible for delivering Banner Campaign Objectives (as measured by impressions and clicks) as agreed with the client. Manage end to end creation and delivery of Banner Creatives. Key Responsibilities: - Make Sure Banners are created & Approved o Compiling of Information needed for the Banner. o Send to Graphic Designer, Along with Deadlines. o Get the Banner Approved by the Client o Ensure there is a Landing page + utm. Scheduling of the Banner o Create order, line items, Query for tracking, on DFP. Ensure Campaign is on track to deliver o Create a tracking sheet for each client. o Update the tracking sheet every 2 days. o Adjust SOV & Change creatives according to campaign performance. o Discuss any issues during the CS tactical meeting. Reporting to the Client o Email the Client with Screenshot + Landing Page immediately after starting o Create a monthly report and send it to Client. o Create a final report at the end of the Campaign. Preferred Skillsets – Pro-actively following up with clients Excellent written and verbal skills Good Interpersonal skills Keen Learner Digital Marketing tools like Google Analytics, Facebook etc. Excel & PowerPoint proficiency Use of Google Calendar Additional Details: - Location: Mumbai (Sion) Employment Type: Full time / Permanent Qualification – Any Graduate, Engineers (preferred) Work Exp: 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Client Servicing Executive
