Job Description

1.To follow up with our representative based at various place like vizag , Karwar, Hyderabad and Mumbai for payment /collection. 2. Send ledger to customers /our representative via email /whatsup , Reminder calls/message to customer / our executives. 3. If required directly communicate with customer for collection 4. To prepare Quotation as per data provided 5. To take review weekly for collection of our staff collection targeted/Expected Vs actual receipt. 6. Randomly calls to customer for collection 7. Some HR & Admin work , to maintain record of new staff /collect documents/issue pay slip, to help them to get medical insurance. 8. Good communication & writing skills
