JD - CRM – POST SALES : • We are looking for smart, confident and Experienced Female candidate for CRM Role • Coordinating with Sales team for following up on status of leads generated • Provide Customer Service/ Support via calls, emails or chats. • handle complete process and documentation after sales. • Handle incoming queries through emails & calls • Responsible for customer documentation such as Welcome Letters, Allotment Letters etc. • Sending Demand letters, Reminders, Cancellation Letters, Payment Receipts and customers dealing, all back office activities, to maintain sales record & customer details, refunds, cancellations of property • Follow-up on existing customer with respect to offers made, agreements/contracts preparation, documentation, payment schedule • Coordination and follow-up with team for possession related queries. • Maintain and update database of new & existing clients. • Good Communication skills ( Both Oral and written) • Candidate should have experience in real estate.
