We are currently hiring for *Customer Care Executive* Location- *Malad* Eligibility1) Graduates/HSC candidates with a minimum of 6 months of domestic/International BPO experience in voice.2) SSC with a minimum of 1 year of international BPO experience in voice.3) Age Limit is 18-44yrs Responsibilities of candidates include:• Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally and provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and obtain details of complaints• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
