Job Description

Customer Service Executives - Main tasks : Day to day business transactions, handling customer queries and resolution, quality of business through process adherence, increase branch business through business development, cross selling / upselling multiple products. Positive relations with customers, potential customers, promote products and services, sourcing of Secured Loans or Unsecured Loans, collect payments on past due bills/ loan, maintain data and records and related daily transactions. Gender Specification Male Female Educational Qualification Graduation (any stream) with minimum 50% marks. Preferably B.Com Age Criteria 21 - 28 Experience 0 experience / Freshers Skill Sets: Basic knowledge about P&L account, Balance sheet and business bank statements, cash flow assessment for Micro SME customers - preferred though not essential. Selling skills Communication Skills: Conversant in local language and English Competencies required for Customer Service Executives (CSE) Persuasive speaking skills Adaptability Communication skills Patience Empathy Ability to take responsibility Customer service /helping nature. Discipline and punctuality.
