1. Visiting potential customers for new business. 2. Representing your organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations. 3. Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions. 4. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. 5. Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate. 6. Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met within a given time frame. 7. Client Coordination: Coordination with customers on their requirements, explaining process and workflow. 8. Making Quotations and raising Invoices to the clients. 9. Maintaining and expand interrelationships with existing clients, thus enhancing the business 10. Client Servicing: To be the SPOC for clients on operational issues, and ensure timely deliverables to the Client. 11. Following up with the clients for the pending payments. 12. Customer Feedback: Coordinating with teams to develop marketing strategies and provide customer feedback to the product team. 13. MIS Maintenance: Managing the customer data and maintaining regular MIS reports. 14. Maintaining records for the quotations sent. 15. Take Initiatives to enhance customer experience by adding new features and benefits. 16. Understanding the customer query and accordingly giving the resolution for the same. 17.
