Department: Retail Pharma Location: As per the store branch allocated Reporting to: Store Manager Overview of the position: This position is responsible for working in support of the store management team to facilitate the completion of all store level tasks and performs a variety of tasks related to different areas of the store. Responsibilities and Duties: • Prepare for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes. • Respond to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry and providing the customer with what they need. • Record customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in database. • Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures and practices. • Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels. • Replenish products and supplies to ensure in stock conditions at all times. • Ensure the proper execution of all assigned store level marketing programs. • Communicate with the management team regarding customer requests and vendor-related concerns. • Improve quality service by recommending improved processes; identifying new product and service applications. • Accomplish customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed. • Complete other tasks as assigned by store management.
