Roles and Responsibilities - Communicate with clients and couriers over the phone, chats and emails - Assist with order related inquiries - Work in our back-end system, Gmail and Intercom - Work in a local team of CSEs and a team lead - Meet personal and team KPI's Desired Candidate Profile - Should be fluent in English - Should have Typing speed of more than 28wpm. - Should have minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service (No to Telecalling, sales) - Should be comfortable with Outbound Voice + Email + Chat process
