We are currently hiring for Customer Care Executive Location- Malad Eligibility 1) Graduates/HSC candidates with a minimum of 6 months of domestic/International BPO experience in voice. 2) SSC with a minimum of 1 year of international BPO experience in voice. 3) Age Limit is 18-44yrs Responsibilities of candidates include: • Answer inbound/outbound chats professionally and provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and obtain details of complaints • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation Process- UK/ Ireland Processes Shift- 24*7 Week-off- 2(rotational) Chat and Voice Excellent communication skills in English for the voice process.
