Job Description – Customer Service Executive We are looking for a professional and courteous contact center representative who will work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints and solving problems with our products and services. Customer service representatives should strive to create a positive experience for each customer. They will listen to customers’ opinions to understand the reason for their call, resolve any issues or complaints, and provide accurate and effective responses. To be a successful contact center representative, you must be customer-centric, detail-oriented, and efficient. You must be polite, trustworthy, knowledgeable and adaptable Job Description • Respond to or call customers to understand and resolve their needs, complaints, or other product or service issues. • Respond to callers efficiently and accurately, explain possible solutions, and ensure that customers feel supported and valued. • Actively listens to the caller, confirms or clarifies the information, and broadcasts it to angry customers as needed. • Builds lasting relationships with customers and other call center team members based on trust and reliability. • Appropriate use of software, databases, scripts and tools. • Understands and strives to meet or exceed call center indicators, while providing consistent high-quality customer service. • Sells or recommends products or services that are more suitable for customer needs. • Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand your understanding of the company and position. • Comply with all company policies and procedures. Requirements • Should be a Graduate • Excellent customer service, active listening, oral and written communication skills, professional telephone voice. • Understand the company's products, services, and policies. • Computer skills, especially CRM software, strong typing skills. • Able to ask critical questions and disperse tensions. • Powerful time management and decision-making capabilities. • Adaptability and responsibility. • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles
