Responsibilities: Inbound Calls II Customer Service II Problem Solving Be a part of the Customer Helpdesk by effectively handling the customer queries and service requests, logging and updating Service Portals, ensuring Customer Satisfaction. Responsibilities: Handle all the tasks in Customer Helpdesk as per process. Attend to inbund calls from customers to their satisfaction Reply to all emails from Customers within TAT Log the Service Calls in portal correctly and timely Update Customer portals correctly and timely Handle Customer escalation Coordinate with Field team to schedule the calls and keep the customer informed of the schedule Coordinate with Warehouse for timely dispatch of spares
