Job Role- Customer Relationship Associate (CRA) Salary range- 2.37 lpa to 3.50 lpa Job description - Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts - Collect payments on past due bills - Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans - Handle questions or complaints - Investigate and resolve discrepancies - Update account status and database regularly - Adhere to the policies according to the SOP - Ability to work in rotational shifts (US) 5:30pm to 10:30am Eligibility - Minimum HSC(12th) or equivalent from a recognised board - Proficiency in English language (verbal and written) - Should be a resident in Mumbai (western line preferred) **Fresher or experienced candidates from any industry can apply with willingness to work and make careers in the BPO industry Job location – Bhayander West (Mumbai) Benefits -Work with a leading and established BPO in the industry -Transport facilities -Monthly performance based incentives -PF(optional) and medical cover -Good pay for Overtime (upon process requirement).
