Key Responsibilities: & Roles: Monitor employee activities and provide guidance where needed Encourage a positive work environment and culture for all employees Dashboard creation and presentation Training and onboarding Problem Solving Skills – To assess the situation of customer query and rapidly provide right resolutions Communication Skills – Relies on both Written and Verbal communication Review and Resolve Escalation – Managing Escalations requires significant customer service skills and diplomacy to ensure that customer is satisfied End to End customer relation TAT monitoring Monitor Reporting and Quality control Manage and coordinate departmental CRM software platform transition and establish best practices and SLA expectations. Maintain, develop and implement new ways to serve customers with in SLA. Develop and publish metrics reports to management ensuring processes and team performance align with company objective
