Job Description
Transition Process Representative (ESIC– Health Insurance) - Mumbai. Responsibilities: *Perform data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools. *Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving issues/problems. *Assess and resolve non-standard and standard issues or problems. *Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work. *Participate in Team building activities *Ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data *Ensure Customer Satisfaction Other Job Details: 1. 5 days of working & 2 weekly off 2. Mode of Hire: Contract To Hire- 6months 3. RTO ( Return to office) , no WFH 4. Open positions: Mumbai : 600 5. Shift timing: 9 hrs. shift (4PM-2AM) 6. Cab facilities are given from Airoli ( 15 KM radius) 7. No Leaves for initial 3 months 8. 5 to 6 working days in a week 9. Monthly CTC is Rs 19000 10. 3 levels of interview process – a) Aptitude Test (eligibility 15/30) b) HireVue live interview. c) Live interview with Ops team. d) Very Good Communication Mandatory Checklist: ✓ PAN Card, Aadhar Card and Passport ✓ Candidates should be fully vaccinated ✓ Candidates should submit rental agreement who stay 15km away from Airoli Skill Requirement: • Good understanding of database management • Basic understanding of health care processes and organization and tools • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Good knowledge on MS-Office
