We are looking for a Digital Marketing Head to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. •Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, website and display advertising campaigns. •Design, build, maintain our social media presence and come up with campaigns targeted towards growing the reach of our brand & customer acquisition across Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin & Youtube. •Analyzing web traffic metrics and suggesting solutions to boost web presence; keeping up-to-date with our audience’s preferences and building strong client relationships through social media interaction. •Measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs) •Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Requirements/Qualifications •An Undergraduate/Postgraduate degree in a related field and/or work experience in the related, relevant field. •Prior Work experience of 1-3 years in digital marketing is preferred, however freshers with an established and proven skillset can also apply. •Sound knowledge of website analytics tools & experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns is preferred. •Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns. •Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to take initiative.
