• Responsibilities  All cases to be called within 48 hrs of the dispatch  VC to be booked within 48 hrs of the kit delivered  Clinic appointment to be booked within 7 days of the kit delivered  Per Day minimum booking of 10 cases Good command over English verbal & written  No booking of B2B Cases  NR CASES-cases every email to be sent after 5 attempts made in next 48 hrs and email to be sent again every 7 days  Out of Town/ Not available - for more than 14 days - email to be marked to him informing him to contact us  All booking to be done through scheduler- workspace with 100% Escalation cases to be address within 2 hours as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements  Should be a Graduate from any stream  Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience required  Strong articulation, time management and organizational skills  An extrovert and ability to establish rapport easily  Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.  Communication skills - good in English and Hindi, vernacular language fluency is also checked upon  Ability to multitask.  Good Knowledge of Excel Word and Google sheets.
