This position will be responsible for managing overall Amazon and Flipkart shipping and logistics and have ownership over addressing all critical issues. The candidate must have a proven record of handling any Amazon-related issue and have a strong background of Amazon Seller Central shipping and logistics tools, policies, and terms. Job Responsibilities: Manage all online activity in relation to shipping, logistics, appointments, addressing escalation and reporting Work with eCommerce team to review/setup operational KPIs and deliver on those KPIs working with distribution team, warehouse team and external vendors Work with direct reports to execute the accurate processing of e-commerce orders Oversee inventory levels to ensure timely replenishments Strong familiarity with amazon policies, amazon seller central, case creations and appeals, listing’s compliance, account health and overall amazon’s terms of service through and through Extensive experience interacting with Amazon through cases and appeals Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills and important to be organized and meticulous 4-7 years of experience.
