Job Description :- Supporting the Store Manager managing the day-to-day operations of the store Preparing of MIS report Monitoring of store and implementation of 5 - S system, Ensure to keep storage areas clean & tidy and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations. Scrap collection and its storing Raising PRs as per user department requirement and check availability of existing stock Maintaining stock records Working with all concerned stakeholder internal and external, resolve Complaints and CACA. Maintain store producer by training employees. Coordinating with the warehouse teams for ensuring a smooth supply chain process complete store operational requirements by scheduling of works. Packaging and Dispatch as per customer schedule. Coordination with the accounts for invoicing and other misc documents required for dispatching. Responsible for rejection & reporting of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items. Identification of all materials in store and stock taking. Vendor Invoice processing towards GR & for payment Conduct periodical inventory audit to determine inventory levels and needs. Assist in Monthly Stock Audit, assets movement tracker with Accounts Department and other Internal and Statutory Audit.
