Sales Executive (Gold Loan) Company Name: Bold Finance Technologies (Fastest growing fintech company) About Company: Bold Finance Technologies Private Limited is a fintech startup founded by IIT Roorkee Alumni. We are trying to enable financial freedom for Bharat by making various financial products available to the low and mid-income segments. Our first product is a gold loan, where we aim to revolutionize the ~$85 billion unorganized gold loan market, by leveraging existing jeweler networks to source and dispense gold loans. We are building technology, which enables jewelers and pawnbrokers to work with multiple Banks and convert the unorganized business into an organized one with no hassle. As a well-funded & fast-growing start-up, there will be tremendous growth opportunities. You can actually play a crucial role in building the product as well as shaping the business strategies. Learn new technologies by actually working on them. JOB Description: - • Explain product details to the customer and suggest scheme based on need analysis • Follow up with customer • Ensure daily door-to-door shop-to-shop marketing. • Maintain customer contact details for customer follow-up by the branch team. • Meet prospective customers at their homes. • Getting the sale using various customer sales methods. • Developing “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluating their effectiveness. Convert leads into long-term customers. • Generate or follow through sales leads to meet personal targets. Roles & Responsibilities: • Source fresh gold loan leads through self sourcing/references • Ensure assigned leads are converted into sales & meet targets • Able to pitch Bold Gold Loan offerings to potential customers at their Doorstep • Build trust by explaining products and answering customer objections. • Build a long term relationship with portfolio customers to ensure continuity of business and referrals. • Coordinate with different teams to resolve issues in on-going transactions & ensure flawless execution of the process.
